297 Days Smoke Free

schedule 6 Apr 2016

I'm smoke free 297 days. I'm still hanging for a cigarette everyday. I think, "that's it! I'm going to buy a packet of cigarettes when I get home"! by the time I finish arguing with myself the shop is closed. That is an advantage of living in a small town. Also on the upside I can dob my brother in for smoking to Mum like he did when we were kids. Ha Ha, sucked in. Mum goes boiling out the back to blow him up and he just looks at us like we are idiots at our age. Well it works for me. :)

schedule 6 Apr 2016

Tee Em, well done soon it will be a year and what a great achievement you have done.

All the positives have paid off but I do know there would of been a few struggle days but the main thing you are here to tell us that you are still on track and to give us all inspiration on our own journeys aswell.

Shops n people who smoke are not a problem I still have my smokes on the table where I see them evey day, but it is just through sheer stubborness, pig headedness, and my willpower they are still there untouched.

Gold star perfomance, well done.
