Not even one smoke, no matter how convinced you feel that you can handle it. After nine attempts to quit and now still after 15 years not even one smoke.

Thanks Zenon. 15 years, wow. My craving, otherwise known as Margaret Thatcher, still tries to get me to reward myself for any milestone I achieve. She even had the nerve to get me to believe I was smoking when I was asleep. How desperate is she… And did I ever feel the guilt from something I had not done. Puts another slant on that insidious craving.
