schedule 11 Mar 2016

I smoked for 35 years . I enjoyed every one of them mentally . Physically they were killing me and my marriage. I had my last cigarette 1206 days ago. Giving up smoking gives you strength. Giving up smoking makes you believe in yourself. My fragile marriage didn't survive it but that's life . I have saved $24500 in that time which I have spent on nice clothes, a new mortgage , concerts , shows and holidays. My new partner and I enjoy cooking great food which I can now taste, we enjoy walking and cycling which I can now do now that I can breath again,we .enjoy other activities as well. . Everyone has the opportunity to enjoy life but sometimes we have to put the effort in . Give up the fags and enjoy life

Hey, congratulations for all your hard work. Well done :))

Remember that smoking is like a predator that needs to consume us.

It's when we forget all our hard work, that causes the most damage.

Never lose track of all of those days, never forget any of them, as that monster is always there waiting, waiting for a chance to consume us again.

Best wishes always for all those battles still to come.

I'm at day number 308... Never let down your guard :))
