Yesterday I celebrated my 2 month anniversary of being a non-smoker and 4 weeks ago I started using my smoking money towards a membership at my local gym. I have lost 4.9kgs and able to run 2 laps around an oval without puffing my lungs out grasping for air. Giving up smoking is the best decision I've ever done - I'm feeling great and looking forward to feeling a lot better :0)

Don't forget to acknowledge yourself on day 7 and every other week until you're confident to make monthly goals. My next milestone is in 4weeks!! A quarterly milestone might consist in a well deserve gift.

@sobuj how about treating yourself to something that is going to enhance your lifestyle? Even better enhance someone else's lifestyle and shout them a coffee. Make them feel just as special as you feel giving up on the 7th day. I'm gonna do the same!!!
