I dont think that I am not smoking, I falsely smoke holding my two finger on mouth and smoke deeply,as if am smoking very vigorously. but in reality I am taking very deep breath. this really beats my cravings. some times i take plenty of water. It is 4th day near to complete. I feel proud of me. today I was in a area where I used to smoke one after another. I overcome that situation. so I am happy. thank you all friends..

thank you all .your support helps me a lot. its very nice, I can air puff in any situation . whenever cravings came, in any time, indoor or outdoor. I changed my thinking. It may look like craziness . but I make me fool If It is good for me. Its 5 day completed. thanks you jenno, debbieuk.
