Keeping Busy and loving it

It is my 2 month anniversary of being smoke free, Yahoo!! 62 days and the best tip to keeping this positive cycle up is to change all habits / triggers smoking related and fill that gap by keeping busy doing something you enjoy. For me it has been Spanish lessons and Salsa dancing. I found I'm getting fitter and more social thanks to the dancing and my mind is much clearer these days which I'm putting down to finally getting rid of the smoke like fog haze which use to occupy my mind in just 'wanting' a cigarette. All positive , all good. Going forward I'm determined to keep this mind set, fingers crossed I stay strong.

Thanks Guys for your support, it is like having our own cheering squad, secret society, ha. It's great to know we are all in this together as my friends who smoke don't want to hear my comments, they fear I have abandoned them, on the other hand friends who do not smoke just think I'm weird because I'm excited about giving up smoking ( for 2 whole months anyway). So yeh, thanks for your kind comments and likewise, keep up the good fight, we can do this!
