don't take alcohol. and be overconfident.

I am very sorry to say that yesterday I slipped up, smoked 5 cigarette after drinking alcohol, with friends, I feel very disturbing, it should not happened. but today i am smoke free. now I decide not to drink. not to smoke. after drinking urging for smoking is just horrible.. confidence is good but overconfidence is not, i failed, yesterday. so feeling depressed.

Well done great to read you are smoke free, try not to be angry just stronger so you can start counting again. For me its important to accept I will succeed to being smoke free, I choose to stay away from smokers for now. Its only been a observation of mine but a lot of my friends are smokers, and want to give up but choose not to try. I sort of wanted to cut down but could not so now I will stop. 16 days and felt everyone of them, best thoughts to you.
