I completed 5 days after quit. urging comes . i severely need a cigarette.. then I falsely smoke with my style , actually i take deep breath.then I drink water nearly full stomach, and then I begin to walk fast . I want to be healthy and strong. more enerjetic. in fact I feel very much healthy now. thank you all..

Well done Green tree. Keep saying no to the cravings and in time it will get easier and you feel great - no more smelling of smoke, more money in your pocket and breathing easier.
