being away from nasty dustbin

2 nd day of smoke free. i feel sometime depressed , but i am away from dirty dustbin full of smoke..dark smoke. when urging comes i drink plenty of water, i open my desktop and sign in my i can quit profile, i join in playing cricket, or physical exersize.
