As my first week smoke-free approaches, I keep in mind that there are more chemicals than nicotine in a cigarette. Including arsenic, formaldehyde, ammonia and hydrogen cyanide. These are some of the 4000+ chemicals (including 43 known cancer causing ones) that I am no longer inhaling into my lungs.
