Congratulations on your considerable achievement. It is so good to hear of people who are still making a difference to their lives this far down the track.

I never think that one won't hurt because I know it will never be one but at least a few days of binge smoking. Then I feel. - all of this time would have been wasted because if I allowed myself a smoke after four months then I would always allow myself a smoke. Anyway, it is people like you who keep us all on track. Thank you. Keep up the good fight.

Well done and thanks for posting. I am up to 72 days and we all know that just one puff is not an option if we want to stay smoke free!

Hi Papa1. We all know one won't hurt. We do however know that 1 leads to 2 and then 3 and so on and so on and before we could blink we would be back where we started. All that time we invested in being strong and all that time others have invested in supporting us would be to no avail. Failure is really not an option.

Lia I like your way of thinking.
