Vacation coming up!
Smoke free for 17 days!...i am happy about this! but i have a vacation coming up in 2 days...and i am going to a cold place...you know the works...chilly weather,...hot coffee and a smoke!!!! I really do not want to smoke there but I am afraid I am going to!!!! coz I keep thinking at times...1 won't hurt right??? bbut i know it will it will!!!!!!!
Well done for being 17 days smoke free that is a great achievement ..... would be a great shame if you undid all your hard work to get to day 17.
Just the 1 smoke will unravel your achievement.
