Feeling better

Hello everyone,
I m 20 days smoke free. I know it s just 20 but still it's big step for me. I go out and people around me smoke and one little devil in my head sometimes whisper "Mhmmm, just one, just feel the sensation.", but then I imagine all the procedure one again, I don't want to go through it any more. I go to school and sometimes children are unbearable but I don't smoke at the end of my work day. I enjoy coffee, alcohol, food... and no smoke. I tell myself that now everything tastes better, definitely different. Next week I ll go to gym and start exercising, another positive thing to do for the body. Step by step, I have a list of things I want to do and things I want to change. It keeps me on track. And also I try to present to myself that it is easy and that I m strong. My dad was a heavy smoker, he quit 15 years ago after having a heart attack, I don't want that.

Lady K....day 1..day 2...day 20 they are all great milestones, have you have done soooo well.
Keep up the great work.
Waiting to read some more of your progresive journey.

20 days is great. You'll get there - each day you don't smoke makes you stronger for the next day. Congratulations!
