Exercise baby :-)

Day 149 and I am feeling good :-) I still think about smoking but it's nowhere near as intense or as frequent. I am exercising and I cant recommend it enough as a motivator to keep you away from the smokes and as something that, after the initial pain, makes you feel really good. Do whatever you like walk, run, swim, shred whatever floats your boat ... Just do it!

p.s The exercise is similar to quitting in that it's painful at first and you dont want to do it but it wont take long to break through to the good feelings.

Hi there - you are at exactly the same stage as I am - I'm 150 days today (my app tells me so). I agree about exercise and your post is a timely reminder. I haven't done enough lately and it kills motivation and increases weight gain.
That is why this site is so good - our fellow travelers keep us vigilant.
