Just a quick pop in to say that smoking is just a distant memory and doesn't play a part in my life at all. It has even encouraged others around me to give up and I haven't even said too. I just carried on with life and did things like riding a bike (Marathon and raised $$ for kids cancer) , swimming and the list goes on I would not have been able to attempt to do when I smoked, my actions have shown others how it is never too late to grab life and run with it. You can too, it is a matter of not letting it beat you, you are in charge of your life not the craving for a inanimate object. Inanimate means showing no sign of life; lifeless, which the cigarette is and DOES to you and you become under the power this inanimate object has. So ... what is stronger??? That question is for you to answer. You can do it, you are better then the drug that has a hold on you... yes drug. Look forward to seeing you all in the big numbers as well. Well done. I've done 176 days and I'm still dying for a cigarette. Can't wait till I have gone as long as you have.
