It has been 5 days since I have not smoked a cigarette and I am using patches to help with my success. I do get cravings every now and then, but I tell myself that I don't need cigarettes to go do something else.

5 days for. Patch and ecig. Feeling strong but need to interact with others to stay strong. Talk with me and sh re!

Day one no cigs using spray and lozenges. come on we not only cN but really must do this !

Just stay determined all of you. It definitely gets easier but there are hard times ahead. Deep breathing (try the Headspace App on your phone) and lots of walking helps with those first hideous months.
