Well its 384 days since my last ciggie. I would of posted on here on my 1year anniversary date but I wasn't in the office as I was on a 2 week holiday celebrating which I could easily afford.

21 years on the ciggies, 1year down, 20 years to go. Can't say its been easy but you just got to be mental tough to dismiss the cravings, do I still get the cravings? yeah I do ( I wanted to put another word here but they wouldnt allow it), I could light one up right now but the reasons why I gave up in the first place is still fresh as day 1.

Good luck to y'all taking on this mission. Its worth every penny and bodycell.

Congratulations on a monumental milestone. It is inspiring to know you have stayed the distance despite the cravings. I am at day 89 today and was flummoxed by the strong cravings last night and today. I guess it is just like week one - breathe through it. Yours is a great achievement - thanks for sharing it.

Congrats Will-I-Can! What you have accomplished was no small feat. Just remember, each withdrawal incident is a skirmish and as in a war, the single most important skirmish to win is the next one.
