I slipped up And smoked all day Saturday and Sunday urgh. I'm back on track and at 9am it will be 4 days since my last stinky stick. My partner brought two stinky sticks home on Tuesday night and offered me one and I had the strength to say no thankyou. It hasn't been easy, I had headaches and lots of sweating, an annoying cough and sore throat. Being drinking water and an adult coloring book is helping me plus playing Pokemon on my ds. Feeling so proud but feeling horrible as well. I'm hanging in there.

If you are still on track, I think you are a legend. So many people here who have slipped up have also ended up staying the distance. As one of the greats on this site has said, 'Stay determined and be loyal to Team Determined'.

It's not easy but it does get easier (in between challenging times) and I reckon we have to give it six months. That means a lot of rewards in the first six months to keep us on track. Concentrate on feeling proud!
