My reward...

I have the satisfaction of not having smoked for the past 144 days. I am also enjoying the idea of what will be a "pay rise" of nearly $7000 pa! Then there is the aroma of the morning coffee which never smelled so good! Intrinsic and extrinsic rewards... Hasn't been easy and therefore it is not worth taking a backward step. Would hate to start again, but you never, never know... On guard constantly... "Margaret Thatcher", (my Craving's name) don't even bother. You can't tell me what to do...
