Its been just over 2 years since I last had a smoke after 29 years of smoking. There have been numerous temptations over that 2 years but I can honestly say I have not had one puff. I'm fitter than ive ever been in my life and will be around for my kids. I was once like a lot of people on this forum who are stuggling to quit but can say it gets easier. Good luck everyone.

I hope I could quit soon, as cigars makes me sick and still got tempted to smoke. Its ironic that your mind does not want to do it but your body is like hook on it, it is addicting and been blaming my self since day one that I started smoking. I know one day I will be one of the people who would share their success stories after quitting smoking 😷
