Day 103 for me...... Vaping is so fantastic.......
I am so glad I decided to quit smoking AGAIN, because this time I find myself showing others an easy way to quit smoking for good.
I am proud to say that my actions in helping myself, has also led to various other people being cigarette free now for well over 30 days! I am so happy for them and their success makes me feel so good inside.
I started 'Vaping' 103 days ago and have had nothing but questions from others around me asking of what am I doing?
For those of you who don't know about Vaping, it is a controversial method of nicotine replacement therapy found with E-Cigarettes, where the process of using that E-Cigarette, is called Vaping.
For me, it's such a lifesaver and something I wish I had found years ago.
Rather than me nagging on for ages, anyone interested should just check it out online. Just go to a 'popular video sharing site' and type in 'Vaping'.
Remember, if you can't quit, its time to Vape.
Now everyone can stop smoking cigarettes.

Is vaping actually safer than cigarettes? I've heard otherwise from some health professionals.

SOME people who like to call themselves professionals, are really just overpaid individuals who resist change at any cost. It's because their knowledge is limited and confined to yesterday, that they give us their crazy idea's based on stupidity and nothing else.
Vaping is not much different than let's say, standing in the shower inhaling steam!
In saying that, the E-Liquid used in the Vaping process should be be free from Diacetyl and Acetyl Propionyl, as per regulations set by world heath organisations.
In speaking of my own personal health, I must say, without any doubt at all, it has improved greatly and a more in depth account of this may be found in other posts, which I have taken time to share with the other wonderful members of this site.
