It is so lovely of everyone to post positive reactions to my stories...Thank you people, it is greatly appreciated. It is good to know we are all trying to do the same thing.

It's a hard road Lindavan but it's always nicer to travel with others than alone. Good job on your not smoking- be proud of yourself.
