Keeping Busy
Day 40 today without cigarettes.
I can breathe a whole lung full of oxygen. It feels great.
I could still turn around and smoke a packet of cigarettes but the Champix stops me thank goodness. I still keep my hands busy with knitting etc, it helps me no end.

Well done! I'm on Champix too and believe it's such a good aid. I'm on day 20 and still going through all the stages though I suspect the stages will be there for years to come. I look forward to being able to post my 40 days. Excellent job.
Wel done tee em. I like it when people post days that I'm starting to zoom my radar on as I can see its achievable and people are doing well. I can then see its achievable. Thanks for the post. Be very proud huge achievement x
