Hi All , it's Monni, i was just reading all your experiences , we are all doing so well , this is amazing it is like we have our own little family here on this site. i am still smoke free , sometimes i get this deep urge to have one but it does go away, the urge lasts seconds, yes i have put on the weight but much rather the weight then continuing smoking , the costs ,my health, my teeth , i have even noticed my skin is looking so much better ( younger ) :) guys it is all worth what we are all doing, giving up , someone mentioned to me that , we look and judge those who do ICE and other heavy drugs but, we only think of smokes as something we bought from a shop and it comes in a packet so it must be okay to smoke it , but, the chemicals that are added are not different to the chemical that are laced with ICE and other heavy drugs . i never looked at it this way , and i'm not even sure that this is true , but, when you have the need or urge to have another smoke think of the images of people you have seen on ICE, the addiction, what they are inhaling, smoking, then think again about the smoke you are thinking of having or craving for, also if you have kids they will also be doing what they see you doing one day . again not easy but, we can do it . just be head strong and stronger then the stick ! tomorrow is always a good day to try again . Monni

Hi Monni, I agree with you. We are a little family community, all with a common goal, all helping each other to achieve it. It's truly wonderful. I know I probably wouldn't have made it this far without the continued support here. Keep up the good work Monni.
