Determination

If you all can wake up with determination, battle through the day, remind yourself constantly why your quitting, you will go to sleep that night satisfied. Then the next morning you will wake up more determined then the last. Each day it will get easier and you will grow stronger. No one can do this for you, so believe in yourself, believe you can do it cause you can. If you slip up you haven't failed, so pick yourself up and learn from it. Don’t look back cause your moving forward. Reward yourself for the little wins, you deserve it. It’s the right thing you are doing here but there will be tuff days, these will test you, but you need bad days so the next can be a better day. You will learn so much about yourself through this journey and at the other end of it is LIFE!!! You have it in you so keep at it and stay determined

There you are. Thank goodness your still with us, I didn't think you would have fallen off the wagon. Once again, some great advice! Thanks.

Hey Bronte, No chance of falling off the wagon, we worked to hard for that. Plus I love my new life with out the smelly cig. I had a week away, no work, no phone, no internet, no alcohol, no stress and NO SMOKES of course. Guess you can call it a boot camp from the modern world haha I did a lot of bush walking, running, swimming, sight seeing ect. OH and eating some awesome food too. Its was only a week but seriously I feel sooooo much fitter and better for it. I'm going to do it more often, even if its only a weekend.

Wow, I knew it, I didn't think there was much chance of it. Now that's what I call my kind of week away. How fabulous, I might work towards something like that myself, just what I need. All those things tick my boxes. Good for you, you really deserve it. Well, we can afford it now can't we & yes, even just a weekend is worth it, most beneficial. I'm so inspired now, I love bushwalking. Keep it up.

Thank you for sharing your story DoneSmoking, its very inspiring. Keep up the good work. Best wishes! Stay quit!
