hi all,

i was on 3 day social tour and it was my first one after quitting. when i am at home my routine will be regular morning yoga, deep breathing every hour, eating fruits regularly and of course, regular sleep. but normally this is not possible during your tour. so it was really test for me.i was surprised that during my tour i didn`t even think of smocking. when i returned home yesterday i felt little low and during night i felt want to smocking . my mind stared to think " this hour you smoke from tomorrow you again start quit programe". then i started to eat what ever i find in my store room. first ground nut, banana, orange, then i had my supper . i washed my teeth then started reading slowly went to sleep. today morning i was regular with my yoga, breathing exercise and on to my work. now i feel my regular yoga kept me out during these 3 days and when yoga power was becoming low my mind stared to loose and craving started. i admit that 20 years of my habit cannot be forgotten so easily. but its really yoga again.....

That's interesting isn't it, we cope in the environment that is suited to our personal journey, in a routine, but come disruption and the challenge may increase. I am slowly returning to yoga. i have found i have become very busy to distract and in return getting a bit exhausted, so i need to pace myself and be kind to myself so i can continue in a steady way... well done Pravi, well done Jojie, well done everyone who is drifting away from addiction - yay :)
