found alternative to nicotine

hi all,
this is my 4th week after i quit (date is 8th jan). it came on day by day as ex strongly. it makes me really surprise how i did. as i posted back, still i am treating me as patient and want to continue.(who takes medicine like lot of water,raw vegitable,fruits ) because i feel quitting must be as a continuous process through out my life and not as an event in my life. this helped me to come out of my ego a lot. those who are healthier and comfortable with smocking, and want to quit,i suggest this thinking , which may help them.
i want to share an interesting one. now when i studyied the reason of pleasure in smocking it says that when ever nicotine enters our brain, dopamine will be released and causes pleasure. now as i practiced yoga, i found breathing techniq which makes you feel like same pleasure as you smoke. so i share this to all that whenever you feel smoke take five to ten breating (take air from your nose, hold it as long as you can, release it as slow through mouth as long as possible)exercise.
