100 day mark
100 days today. Super proud of myself as I still think daily of inviting my old mates back into my life but I always resist the temptation.
Next mindset to make the next 100 days.
21 years on the ciggies - 100 days off and feeling great- happy days
Keep going....100 days is great. Buy yourself a treat for getting this far :-)
Thanks for the support peps - I religiously come to this forum to be inspired to continue to stay quit. Thanks to everyone for also sharing their quit journey
CONGRATS, WOW. I am just @ my 10th day 2day, but hearing you reached your 100th day, I just had to congratulate you, keep up the awesome work!!!!
I come here every morning too, only at 19 days but the process of coming here and checking my progress really helps. Good on you, great job ;-)
Great stuff!!! I thought after 45yrs of being a smoker, my mere 13 days as a non smoker was pretty good.. Bring on my 100 days :-)
