New start at quitting

Posted in Staying quit
schedule 12 Dec 2014

I started my quit journey on December 2 2013, and since then I have been mainly smoke free.

However, there have been some slip-ups, either due to alcohol or when I have been reducing the patches. Lately I have been really slipping up, so I have started over, new quit date, and a fresh course of patches.

My first target is to beat my record of over 3 months smoke free.

My ever supportive wife is getting sick and tired of my going around in circles with my smoking, not to mention it driving me crazy as well. So this is it, doing it for good.

Wish me luck.
