Nearly 3 years
This month marks 3 years since I gave up... not one drag of a smoke in 3 years, it really is a miracle...I will admit I still miss smoking BUT know I will never return to that awful habit as that is exactly what is was, a habit, a costly and smelly habit. Good luck to all those out there, trying their hardest to quit, stick to it, you may find it hard, but in the end it is truly worthwhile.
2.93 years for me or 1072 days.
Yes I still call in here occasionally as this site was here for me at the start when I found it difficult.
I remember the encouragement I received which helped and hope that having beaten the beast for so long might help others on the journey.
