Merry Christmas everyone! First of all, I would like to say I am very proud of myself for staying quit on smoking. I am very, very happy being a non smoker. Thank you everybody for your encouraging, supporting messages ;). It makes quitting smoking possible. God bless us all.

Hi Nev Congratulations to you too. Thank you for your support. It's been 4 months since my quit Ct. I kept going and never looked back, I am very happy as a non smoker. You can do it! I did! Its the best thing ever. Good luck on your quit. Happy new year!
