Keeping up the good fight.

Well its day 30 of being smoke free and I have to admit I am impressed with how great I feel and how easy I am finding it this time. if I ever got amgry at work or stressed in traffic my goto was to have a smoke, it relaxed me and kept me from going off at someone.
Well in the last 30 days I have had both situations happen several times and the last thing that came to mind was to have a smoke, in fact the thought didn;t even arrive in my consiousness.
Now this lets me know I have finally beaten this horrible smelly expensive habit for good.

Yes, its like you never smoked before. Its an awesome feeling to be a non smoker;)
