Day 4

This is Day 4 for me. No cravings, but feeling a bit down and anxious if i cough even for a bit.
i've been drinking ginger tea (1tsp of ginger and boiled water) for the phlegm (which is not a lot anyway, but still anxious about it) and have been doing breathing exercises even when i'm at my desk working. I also go to the gym 4x a week and go walking in between days.
i haven't told anyone yet that i've decided to quit, just a workmate and you out there. I sort of mentioned it to my son, but didn't really open up. I guess I want to discuss it with them when i know that I've completely conquered this filthy habit.
thank you all for your stories. I've gained the assurance that i need as I have not yet told anyone in my family.
