Day 14 and 15

So excited that I got to Day 14, night time was hard as I was home alone. Spent the evening cleaning out my wardrobe storing winter clothes, putting my summer wardobe and got rid of two bags for the op shop. Then vacuumed house sorted washing etc. My house is so clean and organised however I feel like I need a BIG reward. Although I have kept myself busy Im tired from this huge to do list that I made. Day 15, today, woke up soooo anxious, cranky and irritable. I have had two goes of my inhaler, but having issues escaping these feelings. I feel like I cant settle. Up for any hints anyone can share. Aim now is day 18.

Have you tried relaxation or meditation they can help calm your mind, there are many on youtube.

Maybe go for a walk or swim as exercise helps. Keep up the effort Nannette and don't be so hard on yourself u have made it through 15 days...woooohoooo, and you have a spotlessly clean home and you are a non smoker.
