staying fit as a ex smoker

Walked 3 miles today. I feel great, energize and ready for anything life brings! Its been over a month being nonsmoker quit CT. Very proud of myself and happy:)

WELL DONE!! Keep on walking and staying fit, gym helped me a lot to focus on getting fit and now Im building muscle tone for the 1st time in my life - its an amazing feeling. Im 431 days a non-smoker and it does get easier as time goes on. Only regret I do have is that I didn't stop YEARS ago! Totally enjoy your non-smoking freedom.

Thank you Mix for your support, I truly appreciate it. I love walking n working out I was doing them even though I was smoking. But I rather not be smoking of course. I am much happier with myself now. Whenever I have craving s I just take a deep breath and it goes away. Congtulations to you! Wow, you must be proud of yourself!!! Keep up the good job!:)

I don't look back on the bad habit s I put myself through in the past (it won't do any good). I move forward and be healthy :):):)
