So i know now when I get cravings, I notice them, I deal with them but having a nicobate losage . It's learning to be proud of being a non smoker ghost the thing. I am a non smoker. Lol I am a non smoker. Now stop thinking about smoking and start doing other things like play the iPad games, do puzzles, read, write, all the stuff I haven't really done before instead of sitting there smoking
