Keep busy or find a new hobby

12 days smoke free, my nausea and dizziness has stopped which i am so happy for. I am almost done with my first set of medication and i am feeling great. I did have a few cravings here and there and thats because my mind was idle, so i tried a new hobby or tried keeping busy with something and so far its working, i can now stand next to a person smoking and not feel any urge to grab one just that now i am aware of secondary smoke.
