cravings

It has been 4 months now, I'm 69 years old we could not aford to smoke money wise or health wise, but we get really bad cravings, will it ever end? i jump on the treadmill when i get a craving, regards daph
If you've been quit for four months now and not using any nicotine replacement therapy, the nicotine is totally out of your system and it's just in your head that you are craving a smoke. You are doing the right thing by not giving in to the cravings. They will get better. You might want to try reading Allan's Carr's Easy Way To Quit Smoking. It helps a lot with the head cravings. It only costs $20 and it's a great help.

Hi Daph. I am 18 months clean and still get cravings but they only last a short time and are not sufficiently strong to make you waver, but they are there, so I think they may be in the background forever.

When I get cravings very seldom. I read my support group all of you guys....thank you for all your stories and somehow I get through it:):);)
