Well today has been rather a bad day for me. I have been home all day and found myself a little bored. I put a patch on this morning even knowing how it has been effecting my breathing, hence why I did not do too much as I gate feeling short of breath.
when my husband got home I told him how I was feeling and he sent me to my local chemist to talk to them. They were very helpful and suggested I try the mints and because I gave stopped drinking coffee which I love the most a coffee and a cigarette grrr. She showed me this electronic smoke that has no nicotine in it but is just like having a cigarette.
i put a mint in my mouth and took a few drags of the fake cig. Well that was awkward because I was inside and I gave never smoked inside and the mint lasted about 3 mins before I nearly vomited.
i am now looking at this process at a stronger view. Nicotine tastes disgusting, but will continue to use them when absolutely necessary. The fake smoke will sit in my bag also for the extreme circumstances when I feel I just can't cope.
It's day 17 and not turning back
