Champix 1 month smoke free

Hi all,

I am now one month smoke free which is something I could only have dreamed of a few months back. I have taken Champix and will do for another 8 weeks and it has definately helped.

I find that each day I will experience a time and my thought process tells me 'I would normally smoke now' but I try to quickly remove the thought and move on. I had a few drinks last week and didn't feel as bad as what I was worried I might do!! 

I hope everyone is doing well and good luck whichever route you are taking.
