Sneaking

Seems, its out of habit now rather than a nicotine addiciton. I need to make sure the past triggers are behind me. Any suggestions????

Change locations. Change friends. Change drinking habits. Change anything else that concerns smoking. Especially your attitude to smoking. Wake up!! And smell the fresh air!! :)

Rather than leaving them behind, acknowledge them and move on...Hard to do easy to say! But i mean, when you notice a trigger coming up...The end of a meal perhaps. Just remind yourself that now you can stay and have a conversation with those at the table...you no longer have to be excused to go and smoke! once you know a trigger is about to hit you, you yourself will be taking steps to get away from it.

Try the easyway to stop smoking by allen carr. Gets rid of cravings and there are no withdrawal symptoms. Just listened to the cd and was ready to quit before I'd finished the program. Best thing about it is that you don't have tto change your lifestyle at all. I've been smoke free now for 11 days and counting. Good luck and keep at it :)
