The next Cigarette is the first of THOUSANDS Don't do it

I started smoking at about 12 and eventually was smoking 100 a day age 54. I wanted to travel Australia full time for alt least 10 years. I figured if I quit I would save approx $100 per week, this saving would cover fuel costs at site fees for a caravan holiday.
I QUIT in 2001 and travelled full time for 11 years and have not tasted a cigarette not even one puff.
STOP NOW AND ADD YEARS TO YOUR LIFE AND $$$$$$$$$ to your saving account.

Great job well done. I hope I can be as strong as you. I have not had one puff for 401 days it is still so hard because I think about it everyday. You must be so proud of yourself as I would be too if I had given up for 11 years. You really do deserve that holiday.
