Staying motivated!

schedule 2 Mar 2014

I am 60 days smoke free!  I am proud of myself, but I want people to know that it hasn't been easy.  The first 2 weeks were very rough, the cravings are going away now.   But it's still mentally wearing me down at times.  I have to remind myself that I DO NOT WANT TO START OVER!  I know what 1 smoke can do.  So I just keep moving forward.  Hopefully some day I won't even think about how many days it's been and forget about it completely.  But I have to say, I do not miss smelling like smoke, or spending the money on them.  And here on the east coast, the weather is horrible, so I don't have to go outside to smoke in the cold.

hey marioboo, fantastic with your 60 day smoke free.

i am in total agreement with the not missing the smelling like smoke (i used to change 3 or 4 times a day to get rid of it), and the extra money in my account looks much better!

but the east coast weather (me also), yesterday and last night, all i wanted to do is sit outside and enjoy watching the rain, having a puff. but i was good and didn't.

:-)
