Huge difference

Well, 1st of January was the start of the third year of being smoke-free. I am looking at myself in a mirror. Turning from an unhealthy 105 Kg fat smoker boy to a healthy athlete with a ripped body, 70 kg and without even one more cigarette. I am now addicted to gym to the extent that my friends and colleagues call me a Gym Junkie! 1.5 hours cardio in the morning and 1.5 heavy lifting in the evening. I can't even think about smoking anymore. I can't even imagine those times again.

How long after smoking did you start exercising and going to the gym? I am on day 2 =)
