183 Days smoke free!!

Hi AllHappy new year!! May 2014 find you smoke free or at least back on the "wagon" I made it through the silly season!! Im really very, very proud of myself..Im not saying that I didnt feel like smoking, I did BUT it was just a thought nothing more, nothing less. It definitely gets easier as time goes on. SO for those that just started, I smoked for 30 odd years - hang in there it can be done!! For the rest thats still a recovering smoker like myself - youve come this far dont give in and start the horrible habit again. Good Luck all - its not easy but is can be done!!
