93% lungs back
Hi everybody
Not long went for a pre employment medical today and if I was still smoking I would have been extremely worried about the lung volume test, but because I have not smoked for 27 days I was a little worried.But from not smoking for just 27 days my lung volume test was a great success at 93% and no coughing and heaving to get that filthy phlem out.
So to everyone that is not as far in there journey as myself keep strong and positive because it does just keep getting better.
And to everyone further along than me in this journey all the best and keep us in touch with how you are going because this site helps so much

Very inspiring! I never got a full medical before I quit. I wish I had as I would like to see the improvements made from my journey. Good job and thank you for the encouraging post.
