Day 70

Posted in Staying quit
By AP
schedule 10 Oct 2013

Horray for me. I'm at the stage where I have stopped taking champix, albeit a little early, but I was ready and it's going okay. Also I think it is time to stop telling everyone I know how many days quit I am. I need to just get on with being a nonsmoker.

I'm very proud, but I can't quit forever. I just need to get on with living.

A few other awesome things like finishing my nursing degree and getting the operating theatre job of my dreams are my focus now.

Best wishes everyone. This site us awesome.

hi AP very well done, and yes hooray for you big time

Sounds like a great plan and very positive, changing quit 70 days to being a non-smoker - way to go!!!

good luck with your nursing/operating goals (dreams sound too airy fairy!!) and drop back occasionally to give us behind you some more encouragement, and to let us know how your goals progress
