One of the bonuses.
Yep it's day 475 and I'm still here hoping to encourage others to give their best shot at giving up, you won't believe how great life is without smokes.
One of the little bonuses was yesterday when I ordered a very nice 8 setting Noritake Dinner Set, and realised that it only cost what my wife and I would have spent on smokes in 2 1/2 weeks. That's when it really feels good to have given up.
The downside is the realisation of how much money we've wasted over the years.
what an achievement but i would be counting by the year that is 1 year three and a half months way to go can't wait till i am where you are well all the best.
hi Bill44, 475 days is amazing achievement good for you. It does feel great not being a slave to a bad behaviour.

Life is soo good not being a slave to cigarettes, yeap its all positive.
I can relate to the $ side, its sad to think how much we have all spent on smoking over the years and sadder to think we prioritised smokes over most things in our lives, before the basic need of food even.. Crazy crazy i say.
But heres to you, Good to see your treating yourself with some of that hard earned cash. well done on your sucess :)
