Wow- on day 9 now and it has not been easy- perhaps as bad as day 3, which was really difficult!

Ecig is working very well and I'm loving the feelings of happiness that I seemed to have lost. Cravings seem quite strong at times but I find just breathing deeply a few times works quite well.

I hope you don't mean that days 4-8 were all bad too? (more to look forward to!!)

As well as the deep breath relaxing my jaw first really helps me!

Wonderful if you have re-found good feelings, all the more incentive to stay strong!

Day 9 - awesome - you're well on your way now - keep going! Week 3 can be quite hard for a lot of people - it was for me - don't know why, but push through it and it gets much easier after that!

I'm starting on Champix this Friday. Very nervous but I am prepared to give it a good try. Anyone out there used this to quit?
