Day 29. Went paintballing with friends. Brilliant day - managed to keep focused, keep calm - and keep up! Perfect alternative to spending money on cigarettes and sitting at home smoking them on such a nice day!

I hear what you say, No positives at all with smoking. Great to see your keeping yourself busy and doing fun things and using that money for bigger and better things..Go You !!!
